Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Solei Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Solei Essentials is not responsible for carrier errors or delivery confirmation disputes.
Incorrect Addresses
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Heat Advisory (Important for Body Butters)
Solei Essentials products contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during transit in high temperatures.
Texture changes due to heat do not affect product safety or effectiveness and are not considered damage.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for texture changes caused by heat exposure during shipping.
